To keep customer expectations clear about billing, taxes, and refunds, we apply this requirement: customers must provide accurate billing and contact information. Applicable taxes are collected as required by law.

For dependable guidance on billing, taxes, and refunds, the applicable standard is that approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after return receipt, inspection, and approval. Financial institutions may require additional posting time.
