Orders and Cancellation

As part of our standards for orders and cancellation, the controlling expectation is that an order may be cancelled before shipment when fulfillment has not begun. After shipment, returns and exchanges are handled under the Refund Policy.

In connection with shipping, returns, and refunds, the relevant commitment is that eligible no-reason returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days after delivery. melin pays approved return shipping. Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.
